What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

Your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is locked or deleted, open permits can run to completion and all data stays. During the trial you get Starter features with 10 concurrent users.

What does "concurrent users" mean?

It is the number of people signed in at the same time, not the number of accounts. You can create unlimited accounts on every plan — for example 100 accounts on Starter, as long as no more than 10 are signed in at once (expandable to 20). People working on an active permit are never locked out for exceeding the limit.

Can we move from cloud to on-premise later?

Yes. On-premise is available for SMEs as an annual subscription or a one-time licence. Contact sales for a migration assessment and a quote.

How much does it cost to adapt our existing paper forms?

Our team adapts forms from your paper originals at THB 15,000 per form or THB 39,000 for 3 forms (excluding VAT). On Professional you can build and edit forms yourself with Form Builder.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Every price on this page is per site, before 7% VAT.

Where is our data stored, and how does it support PDPA?

The system is designed to support PDPA compliance, with access control and activity logging. For specific data location or organisational requirements, please ask our sales team.

Is safety limited on the Free plan?

No. Free has the same enforced LOTO, gas testing, SIMOPS and audit trail as every other plan. The differences are concurrent users, the PDF banner and email notifications.
