Yes. Choose a billing term on the pricing page: monthly, every 6 months, annually or every 2 years — longer terms cost less. Monthly billing is available on Starter only; Standard and Business start from 6-month terms.
Every plan includes every module; plans differ by users, storage and support level. QMS is included in every plan, not an add-on. Modules marked "In development" are not available yet.
Every active user account in every role counts. Closed or suspended accounts do not.
